LOCO ONE ships worldwide.
We work with Canada Post and we offer various shipping rates for you to choose from.
(3-20 working days) - depending on your location and the rate of your choice.
*Remember that all our products are handmade and made to order. Allow us some time to make your product (An average of one week). Once we have confirmation of your order, we start producing.
When the shipment is sent, the user will be notified automatically by email containing the tracking number of the shipment.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a rough guide only. delivery delays can be caused by public holidays, weather events, customs or strikes. in case your shipment has not arrived within ten working days of the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service.

Recipients of shipments outside the Canada are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies.

If the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.
