Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We only accept returns or exchanges when an item arrives in the wrong size, defective, or damaged due to a production error on our side. Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size (except custom-made items). Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
If you have any doubts about sizing, please email contact@locoone.com or use the chat box in the bottom right for a fast response.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm and let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Import fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the client. These fees will not be reimbursed by LOCO ONE.
To exchange an item, email contact@locoone.com and ship it to: 35 Primrose Ave. Unit 1 Etobicoke M8V1P7 Ontario Canada. We can only accept exchanges from the country the original shipment was sent to.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LOCO ONE ships worldwide.We work with Canada Post and we offer various shipping rates for you to choose from.(3-20 working days) - depending on your location and the rate of your choice.*Remember that all our products are handmade and made to order. Allow us some time to make your product (An average of one week). Once we have confirmation of your order, we start producing.When the shipment is sent, the user will be notified automatically by email containing the tracking number of the shipment.Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a rough guide only. delivery delays can be caused by public holidays, weather events, customs or strikes. in case your shipment has not arrived within ten working days of the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service.
Delivery to countries outside of Canada
Recipients of shipments outside the Canada are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies.
LOCO ONE has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please check the local laws and regulations regarding import before buying. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before to order, hereby you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.
LOCO ONE does not take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as phone number, address, etc.If the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer.
